The starting price for land in our business & industrial parks starts at $20,000/acre. However, your actual cost per acre could be much less based upon various development incentives your business may be eligible to claim!
The following incentives are offered as amounts credited to the purchase price:
Jobs Created or Retained:
- 10 or fewer jobs: $750/job.
- 11 to 25 jobs: $1,250/job.
- 26 to 50 jobs: $1,750/job.
- 51 to 100 jobs: $2,250/job.
- 101 or more jobs: $2,750/job.
1 Job = 1 FTE or 40 hours/week. All jobs created during a two year period can be counted/applied.
Capital Investment:
Investment in new buildings, expansions or other assessable improvements: $225 credit for each $10,000 invested, (must be verified by City Assessor estimate).
Minimum price/acre after credits = $0.
